Yesterday my “PPP” (Peak Performance Partner) asked me to join her in a 30 day challenge, based on the 3 minute Matt Cutt TED talk featured below.

So starting August 1, I will be walking 10,000+ steps a day and eating no refined sugar for 30 days.

I already have a daily Fitbit goal of 10,000 steps, but I don’t always make it. I already limit my refined sugar intake but want to step it up a notch with complete elimination. This “challenge” and my accountability to my PPP will make me take both of these goals more seriously!

What can you do over the next 30 days that will add (something good) or subtract (something not so good) from your life?

Some tangible ideas for a 30-day-challenge related to home organization are:

*Make the bed every day
*Pick up the living room every night before bed
*Do all the dishes and clear out the sink every night before bed
*Do a load of laundry daily (to avoid the end of the week pileup)
*Purge 1+ items every day
*Don’t buy anything on the Internet
*Don’t go shopping (groceries excepted)
